HKN Groups works across the property development lifecycle in property markets around Pakistan — identifying and acquiring land, establishing what a site can properly support, developing it, and building on it.
Land, development, construction and investment are handled as one connected capability rather than separate services. That is what allows a project to move from a parcel of land to a completed, usable asset under a single accountable arrangement.
We operate from Bahria Town, Lahore — our busiest market, and where we have worked across Bahria Town, DHA and Al-Kabir Town. We are active in a widening set of communities in the city and in the capital region, and will consider land and development instructions anywhere in the country.

Every project runs through the same six stages. Which of them we carry depends on where a client joins us — but the sequence does not change.

We look for parcels with genuine development logic — access, frontage, approach roads, surrounding density and the direction the city is actually growing in.

Evaluation & Feasibility
Title and revenue record review, zoning and approval position, site conditions, achievable built-up area and an honest view of what the numbers support.

Planning
Concept and layout planning with the relevant design and engineering consultants, prepared against the applicable building bylaws and approval requirements.

Development
Land preparation, levelling, boundary works, access and services — bringing a parcel to the point where it can carry a building or a saleable layout.

Structure through to finishing, run against a priced scope of works with defined milestones, site supervision and written progress reporting.
